This guaranteed issue life insurance plan is perfect for covering the cost of final or funeral expenses in the event of your death. You don't want to leave your loved ones the financial burden of unforeseen expenses.
Available for ages 18 to 69, coverage to age 75
Benefits up to $50,000
Four times the benefit will be paid if your death is due to an accident (less any Living Benefits already paid).
Living Benefit: If you are diagnosed with a terminal illness with a prognosis of death within twelve months, you will be paid 50% of the Final Expense Coverage in force provided insurance has been in force for at least 2 full years at the time of diagnosis.
Benefits are not payable if death is caused by either suicide or a non-accidental death within 2 years of the effective date or latest reinstatement date of coverage.
If death is caused by suicide or is non-accidental, we will refund your premiums.
Rates are age-banded and will increase in accordance with age-bands during the lifetime of the policy.
